Simple Steps to Creating Doughy Perfection. . . . . . . Cinnamon and Sugar Doughies! YUM

Put the Dough in the “Doughy Maker” – Place your favorite brand of “pop-open” biscuit dough into your new “Doughy Maker,” one biscuit per compartment, you will need to roll or scrunch the dough so it fits, then secure the latch.
Cook the Doughies Until They Are Golden Brown – This is done by picking a medium hot spot of your fire, not to hot and not too cold. Then hold the Doughy Maker, loaded with the dough, over your chosen spot of the fire. Hold it there for 8 to 10 seconds and then turn the pan over and let it heat on the other side for 8 to 10 seconds. Repeat this process, turning the pan over and over for 3 to 4 minutes. Then remove the pan from the fire or heat source.
Check for Golden Brown Color – With a glove or cooking mitt, release the Doughy Maker latch and lift the lid. If the Doughies are golden brown, they are most likely done. If they are not quite cooked to your liking, you can close the lid, secure the latch, and put the pan back into the fire, repeating the rotating process for another minute or two. Then check again.
Dip or Roll the Doughies in Melted Butter – Once the Doughies are cooked, dip them in melted butter. This is done easiest by melting a cube of butter in a separate sauce pan. Then putting three or four cooked Doughies into butter and rolling them around until they are full coated with the butter. Be careful not to let the Doughies sit in the butter or they will absorb too much. They should be dipped or rolled quickly, unless or course you are a butter fan. In that case, take your time.
Roll the Doughies in Cinnamon and Sugar – Next, roll the Doughie in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, usually 2 tablespoons of cinnamon to one cup of sugar. This is easily completed by putting the cinnamon and sugar mixture in a bowl large enough to to allow the Doughies to roll around in the bowl and get coated with the mixture. You can use a spoon to move the Doughies around in the mixture as well. Another great way to accomplish this is to put the cinnamon mixture into a tupperware/plastic type container with a lid. Add 3 or 4 Doughies. Secure the lid and then shake the container until the Doughies are covered with the cinnamon and sugar.

Now repeat all of these steps over again and again. Then share with your friends your new favorite camping treat!
